Dear friends,
LSK Frýdek-Místek together with the UIPM ( Union Internationale de Pentathlon Moderne ) and the Czech Modern Pentathlon Association would like to invite delegations of your clubs to participate in the UIPM Global Laser Run City Tour. It will take place in Kopřivnice, the birthplace of the legendary Emil Zátopek and Tatra trucks. The exact schedule will be published after the end of the registration process.

- Age categories : From U11 ( 9 to 10 years of age ) to Masters 50+ ( up to 59 years of age )
- Competition: Individual
- Registration: Begins April 1, 2024 and ends August 21, 2024

Entry fee
Single entry fee for each registered competitor is 250 CZK / 10 EUR.
Attention! After 1 September 2023 it is not possible to apply for a refund due to cancellation of registration .
Competition rules
The competition will be conducted in accordance with the UIPM Competition Rules and the relevant regulations:
Shooting: 24 targets on the main range plus two spare targets ( homologated Hit&Miss targets ) and 10 to 20 targets on the warm up range. Athletes may bring their own targets and use them for warm-up purposes if they wish.
Running: concrete, asphalt, cobbles
Participation is allowed from the age of nine years.

UIPM LASER RUN COMPETITION GUIDELINES
Notes:
1) Qualifying rounds will be held depending on the number of entries in each age category. If qualifying rounds are required for any age category, they will be held in the morning and semi-finals will be held in the afternoon if necessary.

Laser shooting equipment
Laser simulator rental is included in the entry fee.
A firearms licence is not legally required when importing air and CO2 pistols into the Czech Republic for competition purposes. However, in the case of air travel, we strongly recommend that delegations carry an official letter stating the purpose of the visit and the serial numbers of the pistols.

The organiser of the competition is the LSK Frýdek-Místek sports club in cooperation with the town of Kopřivnice, UIPM and the Czech Modern Pentathlon Association.
